Beautiful photo by Steve McMarson Photography Merrelyn and Andy met playing Game of Thrones online. After trekking around Westeros together they decided it would be fun to meet. The only problem was, Andy was an Argentinian based in Spain, and Merrelyn was neither of these things!
Long story short, Merrelyn now speaks more Spanish than she once did!

One of the best pieces of advice I can give to new photographers is to put down the camera, stop reading about the latest gadget, quit playing with filters in Photoshop and just learn to interact with people in a way that makes them feel comfortable.
Letting people be themselves is 95% of the job. These images of friends laughing will outlive most of the “hero” images that I shoot.
Coincidentally they were all photographed at Tamborine Gardens Wedding and Function Resort.

The event attracted 330+ Wedding Industry Guests to the gorgeous Victoria Park, in Brisbane.
This year we celebrated 35 Winners and 304 Finalists who were shortlisted from 1,104 nominees as determined by the 9,290 Wedding Couples who were invited to rate and review their Wedding Vendors.
